Chai

Ingredients

  • Black tea leaves, such as Ceylon(G)

  • Plant-based milk

  • Honey or sugar (G)

  • Ground cardamum or ginger (optional) (G)

G = Available at Gram

 

Method

  1. Add two tablespoons of tea to a pot of about 500ml of water (for about two cups of tea) and one or two teaspoons of honey or sugar

  2. If you need some extra love for your tummy, add a pinch of cardamom and ginger powder

  3. Bring it to the boil and put it to one side, and wait for about 2 minutes for it to brew, then add some plant-based milk
