How to refill

Bring your own containers:

If you bring your own containers, make sure they are clean and dry. Then follow these simple steps:

1. Weigh: put your container on the scale with the lid on, print a sticker and attach it to your container

2. Fill: with whatever you like

3. Pay: take to the till

Remember to wash your containers thoroughly before using. Gram does not accept any liability for any contamination after products have been placed into customers’ own containers

If you have forgotten or don’t have your own containers:

1. Use our paper bags: We have brown paper bags in various sizes. So if you don’t bring your own containers, you can use these for free

2. Buy containers at Gram: We sell glass preserving jars in various sizes, bottles for liquids and cloth bags

3. Reuse a container: We usually have some glass or plastic containers that have been donated
