    • Use as a detox treatment 1–2 times per week

    • Soften the bar by gently wetting it in warm water for a few seconds to help release the ingredients

    • Apply it directly to wet hair

    • Massage the lather in and distribute evenly with your fingers

    • Rinse as usual and repeat if needed

    • Massage in as small an amount as possible to create a fluffy lather, as this will make the shampoo bar last longer

    • If you shampoo a second time, lather the bar between your hands first and then apply to the hair

    • The smaller the bar becomes, the lighter your touch should be. If the bar breaks, work the pieces between your hands only and then distribute the shampoo onto the scalp

    • Massage to create a lather and rinse

    • Store at normal room temperature

    • Allow to dry between shampooing
