MonthlyCup is a comfortable and eco-friendly menstrual cup that provides secure protection for up to 12 hours

Made from soft, medical-grade silicone, the menstrual cup replaces the need for pads, tampons, and liners and is a versatile alternative that works just as well while you sleep, exercise, or swim, in short, for all parts of your day

Choose from three sizes:

• Mini: Ø 37 mm, 45 mm without stem, 55 mm with stem, holds 15 ml up to the holes. For the first years of menstruation or for those who prefer a smaller cup

• Normal: Ø 43 mm, 55 mm without stem, 65 mm with stem, holds 22 ml up to the holes. For light to heavy flow, suitable for most

• Plus: Ø 47 mm, 55 mm without stem, 65 mm with stem, holds 43 ml up to the holes. For heavier flows, providing longer protection and maximum confidence

The cup is usually emptied 2–4 times a day (at least every 12 hours) and can be reused for up to 5 years, equivalent to around 1,600 disposable products. A sustainable choice for both you and the planet.
