Organic Dried Sea Buckthorn - Havtornsbär

• Hot Tea/Infusion: Steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried berries in 250ml of hot water (90–95°C) for 10–15 minutes. For a stronger flavour, crush the berries slightly before steeping

• Smoothie Booster: Add a spoonful of dried berries or ground to your morning smoothie

• Infused Water: Soak them in warm water for 15 minutes to rehydrate them, then use that water for drinks
