Organic White Beans (Vita Bönor)

• Check for stones or other debris, then pick them out

• Soak overnight or for at least 8-10 hours

• In a large bowl add cold water, enough to allow for expansion. Then cover with a clean towel

• Drain and rinse before cooking

• Let the beans cook for 20 - 30 minutes or until desired tenderness

• We recommend boiling a larger batch and then freezing it in flat portions. These smaller portions can then be used as and when you need them!
