Dry black beans, grown at Fagraslätt in Kristianstad, Skåne. Fits well in stews, soups and salads but also e.g. in vegetarian steaks. To be soaked and boiled.
Soak overnight or for at least 8-10 hours. Cook for 20-25 minutes for a firm consistency, or longer to get softer beans. Feel free to boil a larger amount and freeze in a flat package to be able to produce little by little. Boil separately as the boiling water turns gray.
