Check for stones or other debris, then pick them out
Soak overnight or for at least 10-12 hours
In a large bowl add cold water, enough to allow for expansion. Then cover with a clean towel
Drain and rinse before cooking
Let the beans cook for 25 - 30 minutes or until desired tenderness
We recommend boiling a larger batch and then freezing it in flat portions. These smaller portions can then be used as and when you need them!
